  • About this plant

Monstera deliciosa is one of the most recognisable and beloved houseplants, celebrated for its large, glossy green leaves that develop striking splits and perforations as the plant matures. Native to the tropical forests of Central America, this climbing plant can grow impressively large indoors when given the right conditions. Its lush, architectural form adds drama and natural texture to living spaces, and it’s easy to care for once established. Care tips

Water when the top 4–5 cm of soil feels dry, and reduce watering in winter. Feed monthly during spring and summer with a balanced houseplant fertiliser. Wipe leaves occasionally to keep them glossy and dust-free. Provide a moss pole or support if you want it to climb. Avoid cold drafts and low light to prevent leaf yellowing.
