Planting guide

Plant in autumn or early spring in fertile, well-drained soil. Space around 1.2m apart. Water well after planting and apply a generous mulch. Keep free of weeds to allow strong, healthy growth.

Care tips

Feed in spring with a balanced fertiliser. Prune annually to maintain shape and maximise fruit production. Protect ripening berries from birds with netting if needed.

Winter care

Prune in winter when dormant, removing old and congested wood to encourage new growth. Mulch with organic compost to nourish the plant and protect the roots.
