Feed with a balanced rose fertiliser in early spring and again in midsummer. Deadhead regularly to prolong flowering. Prune in late winter or early spring.

Winter care

Apply mulch in late autumn and prune in early spring to remove dead wood and shape the plant. Protect young roses in harsh conditions with fleece or mulch.
