Planting guide

Plant in fertile, well-drained soil in a sunny, sheltered location. Mix compost or rose fertiliser into the planting hole. Water well after planting and mulch annually.

Care tips

Feed with a specialist rose fertiliser in early spring and again after the first flush of flowers. Deadhead regularly to encourage repeat blooms. Prune lightly each year to keep a strong framework.

Winter care

Prune to a neat framework in early spring and apply mulch around the base in autumn. In colder regions, provide fleece protection for young plants during frost.
