Planting guide

Plant in fertile, well‑drained soil in a sunny spot, ensuring the bud union sits at soil level. Space about 60 cm apart. Water in well and apply a layer of mulch to retain moisture and suppress weeds.

Care tips

Water deeply during dry spells and apply rose fertiliser in spring and midsummer to support vigorous growth and prolonged flowering. Remove spent blooms to encourage repeat flushes. In late winter, prune back lightly to preserve shape and open up the plant to air and light.

Winter care

In late autumn, apply a protective mulch around the base. Prune in late winter or early spring, removing dead, weak or crossing stems down to healthy buds.
