Planting guide

Choose a sunny, sheltered spot with well-drained soil. Enrich with compost when planting and water well. Apply a mulch in spring to retain moisture and suppress weeds.

Care tips

Feed with rose fertiliser in early spring and again in midsummer. Deadhead regularly to prolong flowering. Prune lightly to shape in late winter or early spring.

Winter care

Apply mulch around the base in late autumn and prune to a strong framework in early spring. Protect newly planted roses with fleece during harsh frosts.
