Planting guide

Plant in fertile, well-drained soil in a sunny position for best flowering performance. Space plants generously to allow spreading growth and improve airflow. Water regularly during establishment and feed in spring with a rose fertiliser to encourage vigorous flowering.

Care tips

Deadheading is usually not essential, though removing spent blooms can keep plants tidy. Water during prolonged dry periods and apply an annual feed in spring for the strongest flowering display. Light pruning each year helps maintain a neat shape.

Winter care

Minimal winter care is required. Remove any dead or damaged growth in late winter or early spring and lightly trim to maintain shape if needed. Apply mulch around the base to protect roots and improve soil condition.
