About this plant
A pretty pink patio rose that never stops
-
Description
Rosa 'Flirt 2011' is a compact, bushy patio rose that smothers itself in clusters of pretty pink, double flowers set against glossy dark green foliage. Bred by Kordes and awarded for its health and vigour, it flowers freely and repeatedly through summer on a neat, well-behaved plant, making it one of the easiest roses for a small space. Ideal for patio pots, the front of a border or a small garden, it is highly disease-resistant and needs very little attention to keep flowering.

Planting & care
Help it thrive
Planting guide
Plant in spring or autumn in a sunny, sheltered spot. Use a peat-free rose and shrub compost in containers or enrich garden soil with well-rotted manure. Water thoroughly after planting and keep moist during dry spells.
Care tips
Deadhead regularly to prolong flowering. Feed in early spring and again after the first flush of flowers. Keep well watered in summer, especially in containers.
Winter care
Prune back in late winter to maintain shape and encourage vigorous spring growth. Mulch around the base to protect roots from hard frosts.
