Planting guide
Plant in late autumn or early spring against a wall, trellis or arch. Position with good air circulation and mulch well after planting. Use a slow-release fertiliser in spring to support flowering.
Care tips
Train young stems horizontally to encourage flower production. Feed with rose fertiliser in spring and mid-summer. Deadhead faded blooms to prolong the display.
Winter care
Tie in new shoots before winter winds can damage them. In late winter, prune lateral stems to encourage flowering growth and remove any dead wood.
