Planting guide

Plant in spring or autumn in full sun and sharply drained soil. Avoid heavy clay or waterlogged positions. Space plants well to maintain airflow and preserve their compact shape.

Care tips

Comb through foliage in spring to remove dead leaves and maintain a fresh appearance. Divide clumps every few years if plants begin to thin in the centre.

Winter care

Leave foliage in place through winter for year-round interest. Remove dead leaves by combing through the plant in early spring and avoid overly wet winter conditions.
