Kent & Stowe Traditional All Purpose Bypass Secateurs

A dependable pair of everyday secateurs for pruning live, green growth. The bypass action uses two sharpened blades that pass each other like scissors, so you get a clean cut that's less likely to crush or bruise soft stems. Use them for deadheading, taking cuttings, cutting back to a bud, and general pruning of roses and shrubs. They cut stems up to 18mm thick.

The blades are drop forged carbon steel with a non-stick coating, which helps them cut cleanly and makes them easier to wipe down. The rubber handles give a comfortable, non-slip grip. A squeeze and release lock keeps the blades closed when they're not in use. They're handcrafted and come with a 5 year guarantee.

They're designed for green wood only. Cutting dead or dry wood will blunt the blades.
